Benjamin Brown is the founder and director of the Nutritional Medicine Institute, an educational, advocacy, and research group committed to advancing the science and practice of nutritional medicine. An internationally acclaimed lecturer, Ben is host of the Nutritional Medicine Podcast, a guest lecturer on Nutritional Therapy degree programs, and regularly speaks at major educational institutions and international conferences for health professionals.

Before joining The Body Lab, Adam held Senior Management roles at Ten Health. During his tenure, he demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit and strategic vision by creating Ten Clinical, a business aimed at bridging the gap between medicine and fitness through expert-led clinical exercise prescription.

Robert Lufkin, MD is a physician, medical school professor at UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine and USC Keck School of Medicine, and a New York Times bestselling author. Dr Paul Clayton
Dr Paul Clayton graduated summa cum laude in Medical Pharmacology from Edinburgh University, prior to obtaining his PhD. A former Chair of the Forum on Food & Health (UK), and Senior Scientific Advisor to the UK government’s Committee on the Safety of Medicines, he was a Fellow of the Institute of Food, Brain & Behaviour (Oxford).
